A Special Message From Our CEO & Founder

Like many of you, I have been struggling with the events over the last few days. For me, it has reawakened many instances throughout my life that I’ve experienced inequality and racism. I allowed myself to compartmentalize the hurt and pain by putting on the visage that a professional appearance will prevent harm or discrimination. The truth is, it does not change one thing if the issue for someone else is my race and color.

Now is the time to not only speak up but to take action. Organize, protest, and lead. While you are actively working towards solutions, take care of your mental health. Seek guidance from licensed professionals to discuss experiences with racial discrimination, police brutality, and countless other challenges faced by black people daily.

I am pledging to use my platform to provide helpful resources that support social justice for all as well as educating on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
